The customer service was exceptional, they kept an open communication and delivered and picked up on time. They have reasonable pricing and the wet water slide was exactly what we needed for my grandson birthday celebration. Will rent from them again, very satisfied customer.

They were amazing! Rented the Jungle Trek (wet) in June and Michael and Elisabeth were the best! They answered any questions I had and worked with what I needed. Highly highly recommend.

Great experience and even greater pricing! Delivery was prompt and they put everything where I requested when we weren’t home. We had our rentals for all of memorial weekend on a holiday sale which was amazing. I will 100000% use this company again and recommend to everyone I know. We rented the double water slide, tables chairs AND the inflatable ax throwing kit which was so fun. Great customer service, very pleased.

The whole process was superior from start to finish. Excellent customer service, friendly, and on time delivery. The kids really enjoyed the bounce house, at least before the rain came. Great prices too. Would definitely recommend them for rentals.

They were timely, courteous and very reasonably priced compared to other places and the bounce house was quality. I've rented from other places where there were holes in the house but theirs was in great condition. Highly recommend!!

Our experience was amazing we reserved what we wanted online we were able to pay a down payment and then the rest the day they dropped off. They had multiple options of paying which made it easy for everyone. We did not have to worry about a thing they reached out to us the day before confirming a time to drop off they dropped the bounce house off and picked it up very easy we will definitely be using citrus jump again thank you !!

We rented a slide on Easter weekend it was great. They came and set up quickly and professionally. The grandkids loved it they had so much fun. I would HIGHLY recommend Michael and staff for any party or holiday or just a day for the kids to have fun.

Went to a birthday party for my little cousin that these guys helped with. The water slide was a hit! Clean, well-kept, high quality inflatables, so my aunt could enjoy the party and didn’t feel like she had to stand over them the whole time. I got to talk to the folks in charge and they were super nice! They had a lot more options than I got to see, but based on what I saw I’m sure all of them are great. They mentioned they have a dunk tank as well! We don’t usually go all out for birthday parties but they made it easy. I’m sure my family will book them again in the future.
